  2. Content Retrieval:
    • On request, LearnWise AI accesses specific content or documentation to enhance ticket responses or provide direct self-service to users.

  • API Integration for Advanced Automation: Enable direct API connectivity for richer data synchronization and custom workflows.
  • Intelligent Routing: Implement AI-driven routing rules to ensure tickets are sent to the most relevant TeamDynamix queue or technician.
