Overview

Instructional designers, learning designers, and T&L teams carry a disproportionate share of the institutional knowledge about course quality, programme consistency, and student outcomes. They are also the ones fielding requests from academic leaders who want answers they cannot get themselves, and from faculty who need support they do not always ask for directly.

The LearnWise AI Ops Assistant was built to make that work conversational. Ask it a question. Get an answer. Take action, with a full preview before anything moves.

In this session we will walk through the use cases that T&L and programme quality teams are using in practice right now, and share what our beta institutions tested and what they found when these ran in their LMS. We will run prompts live and show exactly what surfaces in response.

If you are also responsible for making the case to academic leadership for where AI fits into your institution's teaching and learning strategy, this session will give you the evidence and the language to do that.

What You'll See

This is a live session. We will run real prompts and show you exactly what the AI Ops Assistant surfaces in response. No scripted output. Bring your own use cases and questions. We will test them live.

Who Should Attend

This session is designed for the people responsible for teaching quality, learning design, and programme outcomes at their institution. Use cases will map directly to your work.

If you are a dean, academic director, or VP who wants to understand what AI can surface at the programme level, this session is relevant to you as well.
