This session with Marc Booker, Vice Provost, Strategy at the University of Phoenix presents a real-world implementation case from the University of Phoenix. In February 2026, the institution went live with an AI chat support solution deployed campus-wide, and has since reached a level of platform self-sufficiency that lets their team manage it independently.
