LearnWise AI Ops Assistant named QS Reimagine Education Awards Finalist, Selected From Over 2,200 Global Entries

LearnWise has been selected as a finalist for the QS Reimagine Education Awards 2026, in the AI Innovation in Education category, ranking in the top 25% of more than 2,200 projects evaluated by over 1,000 international judges worldwide. We keep pushing past point solutions that make single tasks easier, toward AI that makes the whole institution operable. This year's recognition goes to AI Ops Assistant, which works across courses and programs, with governance built into the architecture rather than the prompt.
This marks the second consecutive year LearnWise has been recognized at QS Reimagine. Last year, we won Bronze for our solution suite: AI Support, Feedback & Tutor. This year, the recognition goes to AI Ops Assistant, which we introduced this June and is already in use at institutions across the US and Europe.
AI Ops Assistant works inside the LMS, and alongside the tools faculty and staff already use. It can audit courses for missing rubrics, broken links, or accessibility gaps, and check every page against the standards your institution sets, going beyond a generic checklist. It can flag students falling behind, surfacing them before the moment to intervene has passed. With the AI Ops, administrators can push a deadline change across every section of a course, publish an announcement to hundreds of students at once, or copy content from one course into another. The assistant can do all these and more directly, in plain language, with results in minutes instead of a full page-by-page pass. Every change it proposes is shown in full before it acts, and nothing goes live without a person approving it first.
For faculty and program teams, that means time back and more consistent courses. A grade delay that used to mean manually notifying every affected section now takes one message, the assistant handles the announcement across every course that needs it. A credit-hour check that used to mean someone counting instructional minutes module by module now takes minutes, with the assistant flagging exactly which weeks fall short.
At one of the institutions we work with, the program management team saved an estimated 278 hours across 343 AI Ops conversations in roughly ten weeks, time redirected toward higher-touch student support.
QS Reimagine Education Awards is one of the most widely recognized programs in global education technology. Winners will be announced in December 2026 at the QS Reimagine Education Conference in London. We extend our congratulations to all the other shortlisted projects! We're honored to be recognized alongside other innovators in the field.
