The two-day program mixes main stage talks, hands-on labs, demonstrations, film screenings, and Esports experiences, all aimed at practical strategies for improving student outcomes, strengthening workforce pathways, and modernizing operations. For leaders, the takeaway is that the point of adopting AI is not to remove people from the work but to free them for the parts only people can do.

Human-centered AI matters most where access is the mission. Community colleges serve students who often balance work, family, and study, and who benefit most from support that is available at any hour and in any language, but who are also least served when a tool replaces the human relationship.
