Create accreditation evidence reports across courses

AI Ops Assistant reads the courses in your program, and maps their content against your accreditation standard. Scope the program, map the outcomes, review the evidence, confirm the report.

Why
it
matters

01
You get full-program outcome coverage in seconds
Checking whether 12 to 16 courses meet an accrediting body's outcomes means opening every syllabus and rubric one course at a time, then cross-referencing it all by hand. AI Ops Assistant does that across the whole program in one request and returns a structured coverage map.
Scaling operations
02
Faculty spend less time compiling evidence
Course coordinators are often asked to pull sample assignments and rubrics to prove an outcome is met. AI Ops Assistant surfaces that evidence from live course content, so faculty confirm a finding instead of spending hours gathering documents.
Time saving
03
Every program gets the same rigor of review
With hundreds of programs on staggered reaccreditation cycles, manual mapping means review depth depends on how much time a director has that term. A repeatable, agent-driven process gives every program consistent, auditable evidence, this year or three years from now.

How to create accreditation evidence report with AI

01
Scope: add your standard and define the program
Upload the accreditation standard (or your program's own learning outcomes) to the knowledge base, or paste it into the chat, so the agent maps against your actual requirements. Give the agent the list of courses in the program, for example the 14 courses in a Bachelor of Accounting. If this is a recurring audit, add the most recent evidence report as well, so the agent can track progress and show what has improved since last time.
02
Map: ask for outcome coverage across the courses
Give the agent the courses to include and the standard or outcomes to check against. The agent reads syllabi, assessment briefs, and rubrics in each named course and returns a coverage map showing which outcomes are addressed, where, and how strongly.
03
Review: drill into a gap or track progress over time
Ask for the evidence behind any outcome, or compare this term's coverage against the last audit to see which gaps have closed and which are still open. Flag thin or missing coverage before the accreditation panel does.
04
Confirm: approve the report and export it in the format you need
The agent shows you the full report and gaps before anything is exported. Confirm to export as a formatted report, or as JSON or CSV for further analysis in your own systems or via API. Every query is logged.

How it works

AI Ops Assistant reads syllabus content, assessments, rubrics, and outcome statements across only the courses you scope to the program, in Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace or Moodle. Upload your accreditation standard once, and the agent maps every course against it in the same conversation. Access stays restricted to the named course list, so the mapping stays reviewable end to end.

From the same conversation, drill into any outcome, ask which course has the weakest evidence, or re-run after a syllabus update. Any report is shown in full before export. The agent never publishes or submits on its own.

Key features

  • Learning outcomes stated in each course syllabus
  • Assessment briefs and rubric criteria mapped to outcomes
  • Assignment and exam alignment with the named accreditation standard
  • Coverage gaps: outcomes with thin, indirect, or no evidence
  • Consistency of outcome language across sections of the same course
  • Combined signals across all named courses in the program
  • Scoped strictly to the course list provided for that program

What to ask

These are real prompts you can use with LearnWise AI Assistants. Copy them directly, or adjust to match your context and standards.
Full-program accreditation audit
prompt

Using accreditation standard AACSB Standard 4, review the syllabus, assessments, and rubrics in each course of the Business Program and tell me which program learning outcomes are covered, where they're covered, and how strong the evidence is. Flag any outcome with thin, indirect, or no coverage.

Returns a full outcome-by-outcome coverage map across every named course in the program in a single pass, so you can see at a glance where the standard is well evidenced and where it isn't.
Map program learning outcomes against a standard
prompt

Map our program learning outcomes against AACSB Standard 4 across all 14 courses. Show me which courses address each outcome and how strongly.

Returns a structured coverage map across the whole program in one pass, instead of a course-by-course manual review.
Drill into a specific outcome or a coverage gap
prompt

Which of our courses has the weakest evidence for outcome 3.2, professional ethics? Show me the assignments and rubric criteria you found."

Surfaces the underlying evidence, including assignment names and rubric language, so you can decide whether the gap needs a curriculum change before the review.
Compile the accreditation evidence report
prompt

Compile everything we've mapped into an evidence report formatted for our accreditation submission. Flag any outcome below 70 percent coverage.

Produces a full evidence report for your review. You confirm before anything is exported or shared with the accreditation committee.

Human approval on every write action. Every interaction logged.

AI Ops Assistant surfaces findings and proposes actions. It does not change anything in your LMS without your explicit confirmation. When you ask it to apply a fix, it shows you a full preview of what will change. You confirm. It acts. Every action is recorded in a full audit log your institution can access at any time. It matches the LMS permission sets.
