What if the biggest barrier to student support isn't a lack of answers, but the help desk ticket itself? This session shares an in-progress pilot at Pima Community College embedding Lumi Chat (LearnWise) inside Brightspace, using student workers to train the system and integrating with TeamDynamix and EUS to improve intake and reduce friction. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for embedding conversational AI in the LMS, improving support intake, and using human-in-the-loop processes to better align AI with real user needs.
